DEATHS NOW TOTAL TWENTY London, July 30. Two-thirds of the city of Brest, which had been rebuilt after its destruction in the' war, is again uninhabitable following the recent explosion of the Norwegian steamer Ocean Liberty in Brest Harbour. The provisional casualty list gives the deaths as 20, including four injured persons who died yesterday. A further 100 persons were seriously injured, five of them being in a critical condition;, and 400 were slightly injured. ”
