SUITCASE AND PURSE
After the final staging of the three one-act plays in the Town Hall by the Taurauga Repertory Society on Tuesday evening, certain articles, the property of two of the artists were removed.
One artist, who left a Suitcase containing -a» number of articles, in the Town Hall .supper room, returned after supper in the patriotic Hut, to find it Passing’ with its contents, which included clothing, cigarettes, an ebony-backed mirror, black boots, a make-up box and a bowler hat. 1
The bewlor hat and the grease paints were later recovered unuer ( seme steps at the Town Hal!. A brown Morocco purse, containing ration, books and! money, the property of a lady performer, was rein eved from the women’s changing room.
