FOREIGN MINISTERS’ CONFERENCE Abolition Of Control Council In Balkans Decision Regarding Italy Instanced London, May 22. The diplomatic correspondent of the Press Association learns that during the conference dif Foreign Ministers in Paris M. Molotov proposed the abolition of the Allied Control Council in Rumania, Bulgaria and Hungary. His proposal was based on the fact that the Control Council for Italy was being abolished. The correspondent points out that Hiis step was agreed to in Paris only as part of the general revision of the Italian armistice terms and that alternative arrangements have been made for control of the Italian armed forces.
