In Simla the conference between the British Cabinet mission and loaders of the Congress Party and Moslem League will begin on Sunday.

The Congress Party leader (Mr Nehru) has had a meeting with the Viceroy. Mr Jinnah and other Moslem leaders are not arriving in Simla till Saturday.
