SUPPLIES FOR RUSSIA
INCREASED QUANTITIES FROM U.S.

Mr H. L. Stimson, United States Secretary of State for War, announced in 'Washington that increased Quantities of supplies were now reaching the Russian armies.
Convoy losses, said Mr Stimson, had been reduced and deliveries to the Persian Gulf had been increased. It was expected that all deliveries would be still further increased during the next few weeks.
