Airs Harlow, who is a graduate of Radcliffe College, said that she had noticed that both in America and in Australia during the last ten years there had been a great increase in the interest and development of music. “The young American people have every chance to learn about music for in many of our and schools leading conductors give what is called a “music appreciation hour” once a week.
