Now that Te Aroha has topped the list for.the whole of New Zealand’s autumn race meetings by showing a totaiisator turnover considerably in advance of Auckland, AVellingtoii and Canterbury metropolitan meetings, it is interesting to note that the president. Mr R. L. Somers, has received hundreds of congratulatory telegrams from all over the Dominion and from Australia.

The Hon. P. C. "Webb, Minister for Mines, writes extending his best thanks for the manner in which the club entertained and extended such warm hospitality to him. He wishes Te Aroha all success in the future.
