RETURNING TO SAMOA

MR. O. F. NELSON Accompanied by his three daughters, Mr O, F. Nelson is shortly to return to Samoa, from where he has been exiled since 1934. Mr Nelson left by the Limited express last night for Wellington to join the Maui Pomare, which sails from Wellington to-morrow. Mr Nelson’s return to the Islands follows a promise made by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, in April that he would be repatriated in conformity with the policy of the Labour party.
