OBITUARY
MR FRANK EDMUN D RIDER. We regret to record the death nt a well-known townsman, Mr Pram, Edmund Rider, which occurred ♦ his residence suddenly early yesu day morning. Mr Rider, who fifty-six years of age, was born b?’ Leeds. England. As a young man h went to South Africa and canm New Zealand thirty years ago Wt ing at his trade as a builder in u ' tings and Hamilton. About twentC ' five years ago he settled in and was in business as a builder cabinetmaker in Devonport Hoad some years. About ten rears ™.! Mr Rider gave up business hfd been living in retirement since was married to Miss Agnes M. Whit combe, elder daughter of the late v. G. H. Whitcombe. of Taurang? is survived by his widow and two daughters. Misses Edna and knw Rider, to whom the sympathy . S'n 6ndS " m be in heir bereavement.
