A GOOD SHORTHORN.

An excellent record has been established by a four-year-old Shorthorn cow, owned by Mr E. G. Neal, of* Opotlki (says the Bast Coast Guardian). During the-last test period of thirty days this cow, Highfarm Cherry, produced 1021 b. of butterfat. She has been in milk for G 5 days, and in that period has produced 1911 b. of fat. Bred by Mr Neal on his farm, Highfarm Cherry is a credit to the breeder-owner. With the other cows In Mr Neal’s herd, she Is under group-test.
