MANGOLD FEEDING
Mentioning that dairy farmers In the South Wairarapa were going in largely for mangold growing this season, as a supplementary fodder for cows. Mr T. H. Hankin. Government veterinary officer, in an address to farmers at Morlson’s Bush, warned them that, unless led judiciously to cows, mangolds were responsible for giving the animals indigestion, which ailment was responsible for most trouble in dairy herds.
