STOWAWAY’S FEAR.

MIGHT BE MURDERED RY "REDS.” "Don’t send me back to Russia. If I go back there now, I shall be kiled.” This plea was made by a Russian stowaway, aged about 26, to the Finnish captain of the steamer Gallia, which arrived at Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, from Kotka, Finland. The man had boarded the vessel at Kotka, and remained undiscovered for several days. At Grangemouth he was handed over to the police.
