PRINCE’S ADVENTURE FOR A WAGER. Prince von Blom, whose name is associated with the Boy Scout movement in Belgium and who is undertaking a remarkable journey for a wager, is now in Yugo-Slavia. The Prince is to travel on foot from Belgium to the Belgian Congo in one year and may cross water only by swimming. He Is to depend for his living on the journey on the hospitality of Boy Scout organisations.
