HORSE FAIR.
I'HLCKs AT MOHRI.VSVILLK. The Morrinsvillc spring horse fair was conducted by the Farmers' Auctioneering Company on Thursday in fchowory weather. The yarding comprised l it) heavy and light draughts, V unbroken draughts and 40 hacks, i here was a very large attendance of farmers. As at other horse sales, there was a keen demand for useful farm horses of medium draught build, which sold up *to £22. Heavy draughts were not so keenly sought after, the top price being £2O. Farmers prekr the medium horse that is broken to all farm work, and did not seem so uarticular as to age, so long as the hoises appeared to have several years’ of work ahead of them, and were .sound and of a handy-sized build. Unbroken draughts brought up to £24.
