Dr and Mrs York Pittar, who have been visiting relatives in Tauranga, left yesterday for Auckland, where they join the Niagara on their return to Sydney. Mr and Mrs Gore Clark, of Wellington, are spending a holiday in Tauranga. Mrs G. G. Norris, of Auckland, is visiting friends in Tauranga. Mr G. A. Gibbs, of Tauranga, has passed the surveyors’ license examination which was held this week in Wellington. Mr A. H. Carter, Manager for Tauranga Theatres, Ltd., arrived in Tauranga to-day and will be taking up his residence here.
