UNLOCKED BY PRINCE OF W-’ALES. Bv Tel.—Dress Assuc.—Copyright. Rec July 15, 11.5 a.m. London, July 14 The Prince of Wales opened an imposing Scottish National War Memorial at Edinburgh Castle. He unlocked the door, after which officers bearing their colour's, entered carrying rolls of honour containing the names of one hundred thousand fallen Scots, they deposited the rolls in a beautiful central lined sleet casket on the granite base, set in living rock protruding through' I lie floor. The casket was the gift of Their Majesties.—(A. and N.Z.)
