CYCLONES IN PERSIAN GULF

Rec Oct 31j 8.5 a.m. Delhi, Oct 29 Reports from Bahrein state that during cyclones, thirty-two divers were drowned. Thirty-five Boats are not accounted for. The town was not damaged. The casualties among boats belonging to other ports are estimated at fifty. lies, Aieefs and Mu nro. He then called for three cheers for Air Petrie and his company and the audience voiced their appreciation by a very hearty response. Air C. Tonkin, the captain of the Rowing Club, then presented handsome bouquets to the lady members of the Dramatic Society —Airs Innes Vercoe and Alisses Watson, Phyllis Palmer. Beni Johnson and Elvine Aiollgaard. llie audience again warmly applauded. Afr Petrie, in a neat speech, returned thanks for the generous reception accorded the performers, and a;so for the assistance given by Messrs Tonkin, Gnulding, Aieers. lies. Ain nro, and the Orchestra. A very enjoyable entertainment was brought to a close with the singing of the National Anthem.
