A Cleveland message says that Senator Borah of Idaho, has been agreed upon by the Administration leaders for the ! Vice-Presidential nomination. "Word came from Washington that he would be'satisfactory to President Coolid go. So great was the influence throw# behind Borah at the conference of State delegates that most of the Party headers are inclined to regard his selection as virtually assured.
