IRONSAND SMELTING

COMPANY’S ASSETS TO BE SOLD (Per Press Association). Auckland, Sept 14 A meeting of creditors of the West Coast Ironsand Smelting Co., Ltd., was held at Onehunga, and it was resolved to sell the machinery and plant, and place the matter of unpaid calls in the hands of the solicitors. The nominal capital of the Company was £7OOO, of which G. G. Winklemann was to receive 1500 shares. An order was made by the court on July 12, winding up the Company. The only assets are machinery and chattels valued £64 to £IOO. The unpaid calls were stated to amount to £906, the shares being in small parcels and the holders scattered over a wide area.
