DULLER MINES CLOSED. (Per Press Association). Westport, Sept. 14. All mines in the Duller district closed! down to-day. The coal hewers have been dismissed, the truckers suspended, and the horses taken out of the mines. The ventilation machinery will stop to-morrow.
