Terrific raius in Texas flooded several cities. Seven and a-half inches of rain fell at Fort Worth during the night, the streets being as much as ten feet under water. Trinity River rose twenty six feet. One hundred families are homeless. Rescue parties found refugees on tree _ tops. Heavy damage was also done in Dallas
