TWO MEN SHOT

Sibbinson, a time-keeper was shot while working in his office. Two intruders emptied their revolvers into him, and then escaped. The police say that the bomb thrown at St. Matthews Chucrh, Belfast, was intended for three police entering the chapel. A day’s strike was observed in Southern Ireland without disturbance. Business was carried on as usual throughout Ulster. Trains did not pass the border. COMMANDER OF ATI IL ONE BRIGADE SHOT Rec April 26, 10 a.m London, April 25 Brigade-General Adamson, was shot dead in an Athlone street last might when returning to the barracks. Near the hotel occupied as headquarters of the mutineer troops General Ada hi - son was suddenly confn nted by a group of armed men who ordered him to put up his hands. He complied and wh le his hands were raised his assailants fired at his body. Several officers of the mutineer troops have been arrested.
