A committee of the Prime Ministers sat all day to-day preparing the report tor publication. It contains the speeches delivered early in the sessions, but docs not touch the secret sittings; otherwise it covers the ground already communicated in the messages to New Zealand, although many phases will be new to London. The report will be submitted to the delegates on Friday, when after approval it will be circulated.
