Caruso, the singer, is seriously ill and 1 the, last sacraments have been administered. A later bulletin states he rallied from a very serious relapse. His condition is still unsatisfactory. but somewhat improved, Caruso has been ailing since the breaking-of a small blood vessel in the throat sometime, ago. Ibis was followed by an attack ol pleurisy. He also fell downstairs from a dressingroom in the New \ork Opera House, His heart is affected.
