Wellington, June 26 The master Bakers of the Do minion interviewed the president and chairman of "the Board of Trade with a view to getting increases on the price of bread, fixed three months ago. The deputation, suggested a halfpenny increase over the counter and a farthing delivered in the North Island, and a farthing all round in the South Island. It was stated lhat the price of manufacture had increased £1 /s 6d per ton. The Minister promised ro ;go into the matter' fully and give an early reply.
