Rec Oct 24, 1.45 pm London, Oct 23 The^ Ukraine Government has appealed to Bri'ain to intervene with a view to arranging peace with General Deniken, who, it is asserted, unprovokecHy attacked the Ukranians, spreading greater terror than existed under the Czar's regime. The Ukraine was always proudly anti-Bolshevik.
