Wellington, March 0 The hearing of the libel action, New Zealand Times v. Dominion, was concluded on Saturday. After a three hours' deliberation the jury was uuable to agree or obtain the necessary majority as to a verdict. Ihe jury was accordingly discharged. Mr Skerrett, for plaintiff, will probably make a further application to-day. Later.

On the application of Mr Skeriett, Mr Justice Hocking made an order tor a retrial of the libel action N.Z. limes v. :Dominiou at the present Supreme Court sessions.
