TARIFF REVISION.

Wellington, Tuesday. The House resumed at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon.

Replying to Mr Buxton, the Premier said he was in full sympathy with the tariff revision proposals promulgated by Mr Andrew Fisher, Premier of the Commonwealth, but the present was not the time to make a definite statement in connection with the matter. He would say he was fully impressed with the importance of it.
