CAIRO, March 16.

Ex -President Roosevelt, with his wife and daughter, are staying at the Khartoum Palace. The ex -President inspected the battlefields, and later addressed the students of Gordon College. He stated that he had been impressed with the wonderful results of the operation of British rule, and particularly by the palatial houses and beautiful gardens in Khartoum.
