FOREIGN RUBBISH
LONDON, March 16. British manufacturers and exporters have formed an influential association to combat unscrupulous foreign competition. They do not propose to establish a b >ycott of foreign goods, except of those which are palmed off as British, while they also intend to prosecute those guilty of the frauds.
