REDUCTION OF ARMAMENTS.
(Received 22, 9.35 a.m.) London, Feb. 21. Earl Grey, in reply to questions on behalf of the Peace tiooiety, said Government was willing to enter into negotiations for a reduction, of armaments if other Powers were ready to respond.
