RETURN OF RUSSIAN HEROES.

St Petersburg, April 30. — Tbe heroes of the naval fight at Chemulpho on February 9th, in which the Russian cruisers Varyag and Coreetz were destroyed by the squadron of Rear-Admiral Uriu, have arrived in Russia. They have been received here by the populace with frantic enthusiasm. The Tsar decorated all of them 1 and has entertained them at luncheon at his winter palace.
