The Victorian loan London, June 29. — Tenders for the Victorian 3i per cent two million loan, with a minimum of 92, opened to-day. The amount subscribed was £2.470,000. The average price was £92 5s sd. Tenders ranged from minimum to £100 2s 6d and there were 290 tenderers. Dissolution of Parliament.
