Mr Bo'dell reports that the sale of the Government Buildings in the Durham Redoubt teok place as advertised last Thursday, and after .some spirited bidding, one was purojietsed by M^ W. Kelly and the other by Mr Shaiighnessy. A quantity of Government stores Vere also disposed of. Qu Monday last Mr Bodell held a sale of hprses at the Tauranga Auction Mart, when the entire. draught .horse "Nelson" was offered, and several other draught and saddle horses. . JFair prices were realised.
