Sale of Stud Sheep.
AT MILBURN.
The Otago Farmers' Co-operative As« eooiation reports having held a very successful Bale of Btud sheep, cattle, horses t implements,etc.. on aoconnt of Mr Wm. Grey, at bis homestead, Berrington, Milburn. The following are some of the prices obtained!—Romney marsh stud ewes, llgs, 14gs, 81gs. 12£gs, 17£gs, 15gs; Romney ewe hoggets,, Bgs, 6|ga, s|go, and 4gs; Romney flock ewes, from 3gs to 3£gs (as many as 60 were sold in one lot). Romney Flock ewe hoggetß, from 2£gs to 3gs; Romney Marsh rams, studs, to 15gs; flocks, at 6gs; Romney stud ram hoggets, from s}ga to 6*3; Romney flock ram hoggets from 2£gs to B£gs; Borden 'Leioestor stud ewes, 18gs, 9gs. lOgs ; Border Leicester fliock ewes, in big lota, from 2gs to sgs; Border Leicester rams, from 9£gs to 10 guineas; Borßer Leicester stud ram hoggets, 20£gs, I4ga, 15gs, 21ga, 16gs, lOgs, 19g0, lOgs ; Border Leicester flock ram hoggets, from 2£gs to 3gs. The crossbred sheep and cattle realised full market rates, the draught horses sold to £47, and the implements, eto., also made good prices.
