THE STOCKING-LESS STYLE^ The stockinglcss fashion, which one or two of tho more eccentric Paris maisons de modes are trying to launch led to an amusing scone at a smart tea shop in tho Avenue des Champs lilysees after tho races tho other afternoon, says <a correspondent of the 'Weekly Dispatch.' Two mannequins came in tand sat down at a table.

The manager rushed up and ordered the client to put his socks and boots on again fat once. Not *at all,' said the old gentleman, 'I want to bo. in the fashion, and I am!'
