Melbourne, May 26. The Melbourne Presbytery by a majority
of 45 to 10 have declared the Rev. Mr Dods, the minister of Scots Church, guilty of contumacy in refusing to produce his sermons In connection with a charge of unsoundness of doctrine brought against him. The minority have appealed to the Presbyterian Assembly. Reports of Jndge Molesworth 'a health are most satisfactory i. It is stated a great improvement has taken place. Sydney, May 25. The drought is showing signs of breaking, good rains being reported in various parts of the Colony.
