France. Dissensions have occurred in the French Ministry, relative to the general policy to be pursued, and the prosecution of M. Rouher. A Ministerial crisis at Versailles is expected, and a, new Ministry ia likely to be formed. Madrid. The Carlists have captured Cuenca, in the province of New Castillo, eighty-three miles from Madrid. The Government has called out 12,500 men of the reserves, and proclaimed the whole of Spain under martial law. The property of the Carlists is to be confiscated. Lady Bowen is likely to proceed to England by the AugUßt mail boat.
