(Before John Dewe, Esq., 5.M.) (Tuesday, May 16.) John Strain, G. B. Berney, Louis Dawson, and Arthur Gerrard were charged with keeping unregistered dogs. In the cases of Berney and Dawson the dogs were registered before the summons was served, so the charge was withdrawn. In the cases of Strain and Gerrard the charge was. dismissed, on payment of costs, the dogs having been registered. Landellsv. Marshall, £12 10s. Settled out of court. Seed v. Rowley. In this case judgment had been reserved. His Worship now dismissed the case, service of summons being insufficient.
