HOSPITAL BENEFIT FIREWORKS DISPLAY.

The manager of the Miramar Fireworks Company arrived in Dainievirke last night to complete a.rrangements for the display of fireworks which is to be given on the domain for the benefit of the hospital. It has been decided to give the display on Friday evening next, and an elaborate programme will be presented. Several leading local vocalists will assist in addition to the Miramar Company's quota, which consists of a large display on the same complete scale as was given here last November, and a set of humorous moving pictures. For the benefit of purchasers of tickets, a hidden aiumber competition • has been introduced, whereby the purchaser of a ticket containing the same number as that which has been placed in a sealed envelope will receive a present of one pound sterling.
