A BITTER COMMERCIAL STRUGGLE. , Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 14. The Daily Telegraph's New York correspondent says that there are no present indications of a renewal of the reciprocity agreement betweene the United States and Germany. If it lapses on February 7 there will be a bitter struggle involving a hundred million sterling worth of trade between the two 'Countries. The chief obstacle is Germany's declining to relax the prohibition of American cattle.
