That he did not deliver to the Deputy Official Assignee having charge of the estate, all books and documents, papers and writing, in his control, relating to his 2>roperty and affairs. . ' 3. That within the two years of commencement of his bankruptcy he mutilated a certain book, relating to his affairs, by removing certain pages from said book. 4. -That after presentation of his | bankruptcy petition, he mutilated a certain book relating to his affairs. Accused pleaded not guilty. It appeared he had- practiced as a solicitor and had been interested in sawmills and a general store. Evidence for the prosecution had not concluded when the Court adjourned: for the day.
