Mr C. Hall, M.P., returned front Wellington this afternoon. The Institute of Marino Engineers is about to erect a building at Wellington at a cost of £.6000. The Rev. Spencer, the representative of the British and Foreigu Bible Society, conducted the services at St. John's Church yesterday morning. . Mr Percy .Goldfinch, a son of Mr G. J. Goldfinch, ' of Mahahahara, was married on Wednesday last atOpotiki to Miss O'Malley. of that town.
