- ♦ A trial rep. game was played on tho domain yesterday afternoon, and resulted in a win for the A team by 6 "goals to 2. The game was very fast and well contested throughout. Goals were scored. for the A team by Fraser, Wilson, Rasniussen and Soundy, and for the losers Paton and Egglestone shot goals. Messrs Brady and McKeever acted as referees. A match between the Wahines and the .High School girls resulted in, a draw. For the former, Miss Mo Kenzie scored two goals, while. Misses Rasmussen and Ross evened .up matters for the schoolgirls. Mr Holroyd Mas referee. ; The following will be the -teams in the Methodist v. Ruahine match on Saturday, which will commence at 2.30 p.m. sharp : — Methodist: Hay ward, Andersou, Leete, Atkinson, Carston, Mclntoslv Lane, Kelly, Rasmussen, Allardice, and Burtenshaw; emergencies, Rasmussen, and Wright. .. Ruahines: Soundy, Irvine, Barker, Fraser; Robertshaw, Walker, Gee, Swinburne, Bottrell, Thorburn, and Simpson.
