Japanese in Great Force. Russians Pressed on All Sides. (Received this day, at 9.2 a.m.) London, March. 16. The Russians at Tieling suffered greatly from, lack of food and sleep. The Japanese in immense strength attacked the Russians at night, pressing General Kuropatkin on all sides. The evacuation was hasty, and a hot pursuit ensued.
