Japanese Occupy Tieling. Also Shinking. The Siberian Railway. Increasing the Train Service. (Received this day, at 8.13 a.m.) London, March 16. Reuter's Tokio correspondent reports that the Japanese occupied Tieling at midnight. (Received this day, at 8.46 a.m.) London, March 16. The Japanese have occupied Shinking. The Siberian railway is running twenty-four military trains daily, and Prince Khilkoff, the director o£ communications, hopes to increase the niimber.
