The customs revenue for the various States for the half-year, as compared with the last corresponding half-year, show the following : - Increases, Victoria, £82,000; South Australia, £10,000; Decreases, New South Wales, £122,000; Queensland, £44,000 ; Westralia, £31,000; Tasmania, £4,000. Adelaide, January 6. A Glasgow syndicate has taken over from the Northern Territory Syndicate a concession of over four million acres on the Eopera river. The intend, prioripally, to utilise it for cattle raising.
