Wheelers Will Not Return to Work. (Par Press Association.) . (By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) Received this day, 9.17 a.m. : Sydney, This Day. At Newcastle, a meeting of wheelers decided not to return to work. Exception was taken to the wages ruling last year. It was decided to form a union of their own, independent of the miners. Those miners doing their own wheeling will be blacklisted.
