Hutchison), and Public "Works Act Amendment Bill (Mr Buckland), were read a second time. , In committee on the Oyster Fisheries Bill an export duty not exceeding Is in the pound was imposed on oysters in their natural etnto in shell, previous to their exportation. The House rose at 1.15.
