(PER PBEBB ASSOCIATION.) London, July 8. Mr Hood, a Torjr, was elected for Wellington, Mr Milford, Tory, for Stratford, Mr Field, Parnellite, beat Mr Murphy, ParnelHte, for St. Patrick's, Dubbin, by a majority of 2,500. Jfr Kennedy, Parnellite, for College Green, Dublin. The Nationalist gain East Wicklow, Mr Sweetman. The former members were re-elected for Exbridge (Middlesex), Northern Northampton, North-Wes-ternj Durham, Peebles, Selkirk, Wimbledon, Dublin, Galway, Tamwortb, Penrith, .nnd Tewkesbury. The Tories gain St. Stephen's division of Dublin, W. Kenny beating Mead by 25, and Montgomery (Mr Pryce Jones). Arrived, barques Gurvan *rom Wellington (March 25), and Senator from Napier (April 15). ~ The Liberals go in Monmouth (Mr Spice). Mr O'Brien will probably give up his seat for North East Cork in favor of Mr Sexton. There have been 891,572 votes recorded for the opponents of Home Eule up to date, 913,525 for Horn* Kulers, and 24,573 for Labour candidates. The returns to date give Conservatives 141, Unionists 19, Home Kulers 117, Nationalists 11. The Trades Unions keenly resented Mr Morley s opposition to the eight hours system and their hostility is believed to have had some influence on the Newcastle election. Mr Gladstone, speaking at West Calder, said he was willing to support the proposal to abolish special representation for the universities. Ooms, a Dutohman, won the diamond sculls at Henlly regatta. It is reported that Lord Salisbury has requested President Harrison to explain the seizure of the steamer Coquillan and other sealers on the Pacific coast. The Liberals gain Pembroke and Harverford East (Allen), Somerset (Warner). The Tories gain South Dublin (Hon. D. Plunkett). Former members have been elected for Limerick City and North Kent. Hon. B. O'Neill, Conservative, and J. Fox, Nationalist, were re-elected unopposed. Dynot, a Parnellite candidate from the colony of Victoria, was rejected for Galway.
